DAWN KELLY, HEALTH VISITOR AND MEMBER OF OUR COLIEF EXPERT PANEL, SHARES HER TOP TIPS FOR COPING WITH COLIC

Introduce a soothing and calming routine around the time of the day when your baby’s colic is usually at its worst, which is typically in the evenings.

Keep a log of the times when your baby has colic. You may notice a pattern or a trigger for the colicky episode, which will give you a better understanding of how to ease the symptoms.

Take a look at our library of videos with expert advice from Dawn.
